As a global market-leader in hair extensions since 1983 BigLove Indian Hair™ strives for customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer a no-hassle 30 day returns and 30 day exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. We wash and condition all hair before it gets shipped to you as part of our multi-point inspection. Unlike other companies, you may wash, condition, and heat style the hair while in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product. After the security ties are removed, any possibility for return/refunds is voided.
1. Customer Responsibilities
1.1 Product Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, inspect the product immediately. Refer to our Hair Care Guide and complete the recommended pre-installation checks.
1.2 Condition Requirements:
Products may be co-washed (washed with shampoo and conditioner) and heat-styled only while the security ties the bundles come with remain intact. Any use, removal of ties, or alteration will render the item ineligible for return or exchange.
1.3 Hair Appointment Advisory:
Do not schedule installation appointments until you’ve received and approved the product’s condition.
