At BigLove Indian Hair™, we take pride in delivering premium-quality raw human hair and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The following policy outlines the conditions for returns and exchanges. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms below.

As a global market-leader in hair extensions since 1983 BigLove Indian Hair™ strives for customer satisfaction. We are proud to offer a no-hassle 30 day returns and 30 day exchanges on all our hair extensions from the date of delivery. We wash and condition all hair before it gets shipped to you as part of our multi-point inspection. Unlike other companies, you may wash, condition, and heat style the hair while in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product. After the security ties are removed, any possibility for return/refunds is voided.

 

1. Customer Responsibilities

 

1.1 Product Inspection:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the product immediately. Refer to our Hair Care Guide and complete the recommended pre-installation checks.

 

1.2 Condition Requirements:

Products may be co-washed (washed with shampoo and conditioner) and heat-styled only while the security ties the bundles come with remain intact. Any use, removal of ties, or alteration will render the item ineligible for return or exchange.

 

1.3 Hair Appointment Advisory:

Do not schedule installation appointments until you’ve received and approved the product’s condition.

  1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

 

2.1 Eligibility Conditions:

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery if all of the following apply:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original condition with security ties intact.
  • The product has not been cut, colored, bleached, or chemically treated.
  • The original packaging is included.
  • Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.
  1. Post-Installation Disclaimer

 

3.1 Altered Products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or altered products. This includes:

  • Hair that has been cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically treated.
  • Hair bundles where the zip / security ties that they come are no longer intact.
  • Damages from installation, styling, or maintenance errors.
  • Any modifications that change the product from its original condition.

 

3.2 Defect Claims:

Only claims made while the product is unused and unaltered will be accepted. Claims post-installation are not considered valid.

  1. Product Condition & Refund Eligibility

 

4.1 Non-Refundable Items:

Any merchandise returned without the original security ties or not in its original condition will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

  1. Shipping & Transaction Fees

 

5.1 Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Shipping charges and payment processor fees (e.g., 10% via PayPal or banks) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply only to the product value, minus applicable charges.
  • If the product was shipped under a free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

 

5.2 Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers bear all return shipping costs.
  • BigLove Indian Hair™ does not provide return labels.
  • Additional charges from incorrect addresses or failed deliveries are also the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Product Variations Disclaimer

 

BigLove Indian Hair™ products are made from natural, unprocessed human hair. As such, slight differences in color, texture, and thickness are expected and not considered defects:

  • Hair may be slightly lighter or darker than expected.
  • Texture (straight, wavy, curly) may have natural variation.
  • Straight hair may feature a slight wave or variation in strand thickness.

 

These natural characteristics are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  1. Return & Exchange Process

 

To request a return or exchange:

Email info@bigloveindianhair.com to request return authorization. Do not ship without prior approval.

 

7.2 Ship the Product:

Once approved, return the product using a trackable shipping method. Share tracking details with us.

 

7.3 Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds will exclude original shipping and transaction fees.

  1. Special Conditions
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted rates are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Free shipping is valid only during promotional events.
  • International customers (customers outside of India) are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and required documentation, if any. These are non-refundable.
